Eating Fruits and vegetables reduces women's bladder cancer risk

A Study in United States : United States researchers said on Friday that a person who consumes fruits and vegetables may reduce the risk of bladder cancer in women.

University of Hawaii : Researchers from that University wrote a Journal of Nutrition, at that time they analyzed and collected data from 1,85,885 older adults for a period of 12 years and 5 months. In that period 429 men and 152 women were diagnosed.

Women who consume most fruits and vegetables had less risk of bladder cancer. Researchers said that 52 percent of women were consuming Orange.

In the study, Researchers suggested women to intake vitamins A, vitamin C and vitamin E. This will reduce the risk of bladder cancer.

Fruit and Vegetable is the best way to cancer prevention.
